Busy busy shopping day

We went to stores the whole day. Nadia got ready, chatted with neighbors before left and she waved bye bye saying: "Bye bye, Nadia go shopping". We came back, put Nadia to nap, then at night, we went to the mall, Nadia got a chance finally playing in the playground and merry go round choo choo train. Daddy got great pants and ties, Nadia got pretty summer outfits.

Lunch with Terri and June

We decided last minute to have surprise lunch together after Daddy and Terri finished playing tennis. Too bad the Matthews couldn't play tennis so only Terri and his wife, June, our neighbor joined us for lunch. Nadia didn't eat too much of her food, but she swapped most of the fruit we served. She really got excited, reading books and play crawling under the legs of June and Terri as tunnel.... She went to nap really late (3 pm).. She is not waking up yet when mom posted this photos.

First picture taken with the new camera

Mom got her little new camera. It replaced mom's old little Canon Elph and it seems to work so good, almost the same quality as Mommy's big camera.
Here is Nadia getting ready to see her old friend, Akotaro, she was making a big wet mess from her drink to her pretty outfit!!!

Nice dinner invitation

Nadia went to swim class with a little japanese boy, Akotaro last summer, and his mom called home asking us to come for barbeque at her house. It was really a nice surprise since we have not seen each other since last fall. It turned out to be a wonderful gathering, we also celebrate one of the mother whose birthday is on Thursday. It was a surprise, too.. and most of the parents are dentists who do research at U of M. Happy birthday Carolina, and thank you for the invitation, Ayako.

Play date at Fantasy Forest

Playdate with Zoe and Noah (but Noah is nowhere to find.. haha..he doesn't play with girls... )
We are a bit worry about Nadia that wherever she goes, she likes to play with grown up man (in this case is father of any children), so when Sara (Zoe's mom) took picture, she sat next to this man and looking at the camera. Posted by Picasa

Here, get some cheetos, Zoe

Nadia has no problem sharing food to anyone.. Posted by Picasa

Watch out for this girl. She can put the key in the ignition, then turn it on, of course, she got fascinated by the wiper controller. Posted by Picasa

Finally, Toys R Us

Finally we made it to go to Toys R Us for the birthday invitation from Nadia's birthday almost 2 months ago. We returned some of the toys Nadia didn't really care for and exchanged them with toys have been 'hand-picked' by Nadia. She loves choo choo train, so we got her the choo choo train set with the tracks, some Dora toys, and of course, Dora DVD.. Of course Mom ended up paying more.. but Nadia was so happy. When we got home, uncle Bill was the one who got obsessed putting the tracks together.. ha ha ha Posted by Picasa

Mommy, the train is moving!!!!
